Welcome to our thoughtfully designed haven in the heart of London – where comfort meets convenience for travelers of all kinds. As you step into our sprawling abode, you'll immediately feel the warmth emanating from our inviting sitting room on the ground floor. Sink into the plush embrace of our expansive sofa, which effortlessly transforms into a spacious sofabed for those extra guests. Gather around our generous dining table, where every morning begins with shared laughter over breakfast and every evening culminates in cherished memories.

Convenience is key, and our property boasts a private garage (parking is a nightmare in central London!) and a convenient half bathroom on this level, ensuring your stay is as seamless as possible.

We have put some serious thought when designing our house. With such a big property in central London, we usually get groups of families staying out our property. That means we often get people with different preferences, so we have attempted to offer something for everyone - each room has been designed with a different aesthetic in mind, and we even offer a different type of mattress in each room, and a mix between warm and cold lighting in the rooms, so weary travellers can pick the one that suits them best!

Venture downstairs to the lower ground floor, where you'll discover Bedroom 1, a modern Farmhouse style sanctuary exuding space and serenity. One wall has floor-to-ceiling windows leading to an indoor patio, this room is a tranquil haven, with a firm king-size mattress, complemented by an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower.

Adjacent lies our fully equipped kitchen, where culinary adventures await with state-of-the-art appliances and ample space for your culinary creations. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, a big fridge, microwave, oven and stove, Bosch washer and dryer for your convenience.

Ascend to the first floor, where two distinct bedrooms await. The Nature room beckons with its calming birch forest motif, offering respite after a day of exploration. It has a medium soft double mattress.

Meanwhile, the Family room exudes a trendy ambiance with its faux exposed brick wall and hanging geometric lamps, providing ample space for the whole clan to unwind in style. It has two double size beds with comfortable medium firm sprung pocket mattresses.

No need to fret about midnight dashes up or down the stairs – a conveniently located family bathroom on the same floor ensures everyone's comfort throughout the night.

Continue your ascent to the top floor, where a cozy reading corner awaits, complete with a soft beanbag chair. Here, the pièce de résistance awaits in the form of the French room, a lavish retreat reminiscent of classic French luxe. Revel in its opulence, complete with a medium firm king-sized mattress and an en-suite bathroom, promising a restful night's sleep in unparalleled comfort.

In case you are travelling with a little one, we can provide a baby cot upon request.

We have fans throughout the property for when it gets really hot in London (very rarely 😁) and also a portable A/C unit for the top floor bedroom, which gets the most sunshine in. The rest of the house tends to keep cool.

The whole house is yours plus garage for one car. Dimension of the garage are high 2.10m, wide 2.70m, depth 5m.

There are 41 steps total across the house, from the bottom -1 floor to the top 2nd floor.

Paddington blends shiny offices with elegant Georgian townhouses. Paddington station is a busy national rail hub, home to the Heathrow Express, Elizabeth, District, Circle and Hammersmith metro lines. Travellers unwind in hotels near Norfolk Square Gardens and grab a bite at Praed Street’s casual cafes. The artistic Fan and Rolling bridges cross the canal terminus at Paddington Basin. Close to Hyde Park and Regent’s Park, the area is also dotted with traditional pubs.
